• Standard server logs (such as IP address and browser type) generated automatically by our hosting provider as part of serving the website. We do not run analytics or advertising trackers on this site.

How your enquiry reaches us

When you submit a form on this site, your details are emailed to our team using Resend, a transactional email provider, so we can respond promptly. If you use a "WhatsApp Us" or "Chat on WhatsApp" button, your browser opens WhatsApp with a pre-filled message — that conversation then takes place on WhatsApp, subject to WhatsApp's own privacy policy. If you book a consultation, our scheduling widget is provided by Calendly, subject to Calendly's privacy policy.

Sharing

We do not sell your personal information. We share it only:

• with government portals and authorities where filing a service on your behalf requires it (e.g. MCA, GST, Income Tax);
• with the service providers above (Resend, Calendly, WhatsApp) strictly to operate the enquiry and booking flows you use;
• where required by law, regulation, or a valid legal process.

Cookies

We don't set first-party tracking or advertising cookies on this site. If you interact with an embedded Calendly widget, Calendly may set its own cookies under its policy, linked above.

Data security & retention

We take reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect the information you share with us. Note that some data — such as filings already submitted to a government authority — cannot be deleted from our records once submitted, as we're required to retain it.
