  Due: Within 180 days of incorporation

• ADT-1 — Auditor appointment

  Due: Within 15 days of the AGM

• Board Meetings — Minimum 4 board meetings a year

  Due: One per quarter

• AGM — Annual General Meeting

  Due: Within 6 months of FY end (by 30 Sep)

• AOC-4 — File financial statements

  Due: Within 30 days of the AGM

• MGT-7 / 7A — File annual return

  Due: Within 60 days of the AGM

• DIR-3 KYC — Director KYC

  Due: 30 September

• DPT-3 — Return of deposits/loans

  Due: 30 June

• ITR-6 — Income Tax Return

  Due: 31 October (audit cases)

• Directors' Report — Prepare & attach to financials

  Due: Before the AGM
